It’s been a year and a couple days since we started down the the barefoot trimming, and booted riding for the horses. Kappi’s feet are “there”; beautiful and healthy. Faxi will be there in a couple months, maybe one more trim. Skuggi is vastly improved and should be about perfect by this coming summer. I am thrilled and this is the answer for us. When we ride, we boot them if they need foot protection, otherwise, their feet are barefoot and healthy. Maybe not for everyone, but it sure is working for us.
